
Canelés are a traditional vanilla and rum flavoured pastry from the region of Bordeaux in France. They are like the love child of a cake and a crème brûlée with their crunchy exterior hiding a delicious custard inside. I bake my canelés in copper moulds lined with a mixture of organic virgin beeswax and organic butter. Wherever possible I use organic ingredients and high quality spirits and flavourings such as vanilla from Mette Ravn Vanilje and chocolate from Xoco Gourmet.
Flavours of the month
There are three different boxes to choose from: Pure Vanilla with the vanilla of the month, Pure Chocolate with 70% Red Mayan chocolate and the Lucky Box with a vanilla and a chocolate canelé as well as two flavours of the month.

A box of 4 canelés is 150kr. for the single flavour and 180kr. for the lucky box.
